Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of "Own The Buyer" (the "Book"), a digital PDF publication by Marvin Samuel Ssemanda and Ronet Francis Nabunnya ("we," "us," "the authors"). By paying for and/or receiving the Book, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

You are purchasing a single, personal-use digital copy of the Book in PDF format, for UGX 20,000. This is a one-time payment for a single download — it is not a subscription.

2. How delivery works

This site does not release the PDF automatically the moment you click "Pay." Because payments are processed by PesaPal and not verified automatically on this website, delivery works as follows:

• You complete payment via PesaPal, using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.
• You send us proof of payment (your PesaPal/mobile money confirmation SMS or screenshot) via WhatsApp, using the button provided on the purchase page.
• We manually verify that the payment was received.
• Once verified, we send your PDF copy directly to you on WhatsApp or by email.

We aim to verify and deliver within a few hours. If you haven't received your book within 24 hours of paying, please contact us using the details below with your payment confirmation.

3. Refunds

Because the Book is a digital product delivered directly to you, all sales are final once the PDF has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.

If you paid but never received the Book after contacting us with valid proof of payment, we will either deliver it to you or issue a full refund, at your choice.

If you paid the wrong amount or made a duplicate payment by mistake, contact us and we will correct it.

4. Permitted use of the Book

Your purchase gives you a personal-use license only. You may:

• Read the Book on your own devices.
• Keep a personal backup copy.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Resell, rent, or redistribute the Book or any part of it.
• Upload the Book to file-sharing sites or share it publicly.
• Use the Book's content, scripts, or scorecard system in paid training, courses, or materials you sell to others.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PesaPal, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your mobile money PIN or full payment card details. Your payment relationship for the transaction itself is with PesaPal and your mobile money provider (MTN or Airtel), subject to their own terms.

6. No professional or financial advice

The Book shares sales techniques, discipline systems, and personal experience. It is educational and motivational content, not professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Results from applying the ideas in the Book will vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Changes to these terms or the price

We may update these Terms & Conditions or the price of the Book at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the change; they do not affect a purchase you already completed.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
